Delivery Information

Our standard delivery time is 5-7 working days, but this may be longer due to postage disruptions.

Christmas Delivery:

To ensure delivery before Christmas please place your orders by the 14th December 2023. World Horse Welfare cannot guarantee any orders placed after this date will arrive in time for Christmas. Any orders placed after the 14th December 2023 may be processed at the beginning of January 2024 due to office closures.

Unfortunately due to changes in postage and customs charges we are no longer able to deliver outside of the UK.
