Delivery Information

Our standard delivery time is 5-7 working days, but this may be longer due to postage disruptions.

Christmas Delivery:

To ensure delivery in time for Christmas please place your orders by Wednesday 10th December 2025. World Horse Welfare cannot guarantee any orders placed after this date will arrive in time for Christmas. Any orders placed after 10th December may be processed at the beginning of January 2026 due to office closures.

Unfortunately, due to changes in postage and customs charges we are no longer able to deliver outside of the UK.
