How to Return or Exchange

1. Repack your items carefully.
2. Fill out the returns section on your delivery note and tick the appropriate boxes. Please provide us with a reason for your return or exchange.
3. Once you have completed your delivery note, place this form inside the parcel.
4. You are ready now to post your parcel back to us! Make sure to keep proof of postage.
5. Please allow up to five working days for refunds to be processed.
   

If a discount code was used at the time of purchase, the discounted amount that you originally paid will be refunded (not the full retail product price).

We ask that you are responsible for all shipping & tracking costs for returns & exchanges.
