Returns and Exchanges

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Repack your items.
  2. Fill out the returns section on your delivery note and tick the appropriate boxes. Please provide us with a reason for your return or exchange.
  3. Once you have completed your delivery form, please make sure you have placed this form inside with your returning parcel.
  4. You are now ready to post your parcel off. Make sure you keep the proof of postage!
  5. Please allow up to five working days for refund to be processed.

If a discount code was used at the time of purchase, the discounted amount that you originally paid will be refunded only (not the full retail product price).

We ask that you are responsible for all shipping and tracking costs for returns and exchanges.
